1. Tickets & Payments
All tickets are non-refundable.
Once the payment is completed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please make sure to check your availability and ticket type before completing the purchase.
However, if you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket to another person. In this case, please make sure to inform us in advance by email or message, so we can update the participant list accordingly.
2. Health & Safety
All participants attend classes and activities at their own risk.
By registering for the event, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in dance classes and related activities.
The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or lost items during the event.
We kindly ask all participants to listen to their bodies, stay hydrated, and inform instructors or staff immediately if they feel unwell.
3. Event Conduct
- Please arrive on time for all classes and follow the instructions of your teachers and staff.
- Filming and photography during classes may be restricted — please respect the rules announced by each teacher.
- Be respectful to all participants, instructors, and the venue staff. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
- Keep the dance space clean and tidy.
4. Code of conduct
HEELS CONVENTION RIGA is an international dance community built on creativity, respect, inclusivity and a shared passion for dance.
We welcome people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds. To maintain a safe, respectful and positive environment for everyone, we do not tolerate abusive, discriminatory, hateful or aggressive behaviour — whether in person or online.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
- Harassment, bullying or targeted personal attacks;
- Insults, humiliation, threats or aggressive communication;
- Hate speech or content promoting hatred or hostility towards individuals or groups;
- Racist, discriminatory or xenophobic statements or behaviour;
- Discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, gender or other personal characteristics;
- Extremist or nationalist hate-based content;
- Aggressive or provocative political or religious statements directed at individuals or groups;
- Persistent negative, hostile or provocative comments on our social media platforms;
- Deliberately creating conflict, hostility or a toxic environment within the HCR community;
- Any other behaviour that seriously disrupts the safety, dignity or wellbeing of our participants, teachers, partners or team members.
We respect everyone’s right to their own political, religious and personal views. However, this right does not extend to harassment, discrimination, hate speech, personal attacks or aggressive behaviour towards others.
Social Media
Our social media platforms are part of the HEELS CONVENTION RIGA community. The same standards of respectful communication apply to comments, direct messages and other interactions on our official social media channels.
We reserve the right to remove comments or content that violate these rules and to restrict or block accounts that repeatedly engage in inappropriate behaviour.
Consequences of Violations
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, HEELS CONVENTION RIGA may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning;
- Remove the offending content or comment;
- Restrict the user’s ability to interact with our social media platforms;
- Block the user from our official social media channels;
- Refuse or terminate participation in HEELS CONVENTION RIGA events or activities, where applicable.
For serious violations or repeated misconduct, action may be taken without a prior warning.
HEELS CONVENTION RIGA reserves the right to assess each situation individually and determine the appropriate response based on the circumstances.

We believe that dance should bring people together — not divide them.
We are committed to maintaining a community where everyone can feel respected, welcome and safe.
Respect is not optional. It is part of being a member of the HCR community.

Please note that the event schedule, lineup, and venue may change.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or complaints.
